WayGo - Monitoring and object localization system

WayGo is a monitoring and objects localising (i.a. cars, vessels and people) system which uses the Global Positioning System (GPS). It is able to localize objects in real-time , store the history of company cars' movements and stops' time and manage the fleet efficiently. Additionally, the system increases security due to the possibility to localize monitored objects, informing the owner about any dangerous situations by means of text messages. Spotting any movement or leaving any defined area gives time for reaction in case of theft. Data in the system is transferred both thanks to the use of Global Positioning System (GPS) and GPRS transmission via cellular network. The variety of purposes of the system includes also managing a fleet of vehicles or yachts.

Yacht on-line reservation yacht.com.pl

Jacht.com.pl is a website which is helpful in yachts reservation. It allows the user to choose any offer of reservation. The website offers yachts mainly in Mazuria and  enables the shipowners to manage their vessels, reservations and finance. What is more, it makes the job easier by  creating new reservations, generating contracts as well as sending the via e-mail and giving an opportunity to make payments on-line (DotPay). Jacht.com.pl is also a web service, which generates the graphics of yachts service in harbours and it is possible to link it with the shipowner's website. Being noticed by the European Union, the website has been subsidized from the European Regional Developement Fund as part of Regional Operation Programme Warmia and Mazury for the years 2007 - 2013.

AuDXPro - OAE hearing screening

Otoacoustic Emission (OAE) is a sound which is generated by outer hair cells inside the cochlea. Almost all humans with normal OAEs have normal hearing (except for patients with "auditory neuropathy" for whom OAEs are normal but ABR is abnormal). Strict correlation between correct hearing and OAE was used as a base for developing a simple, non-invasive test for hearing defects. By measuring OAE, hearing loss can be assessed. There are two classes of Otoacoustic Emissions: spontaneous and evoked. Only for evoked OAE correlation with hearing is high (observed in almost all humans with regular hearing), so only evoked can be used for clinical applications. There are two different methodologies for evoked OAE: transient-evoked OAEs (TEOAEs) - evoked using a click and distortion product OAEs (DPOAEs) - evoked using a pair of primary tones with particular intensity (usually either 65 - 55 dB or 65 for both).

It offers plug and play capabilities including hot swap functionality and was designed to be used with wide range of devices starting from standard peripherals like keyboards, mice and printers, ending with specialized devices. Mentioned flexibility and functionality (causing huge popularity among consumers and wide range of hardware manufacturers) led our customer to order dedicated USB Host driver for his custom platform.

Porting BSP from Win CE 5.0 to 6.0

A board support package (BSP) is software that implements and supports an operating system (OS) on a standard development board (SDB). It typically consists of a boot loader, OEM Adaptation Layer (OAL), device drivers, and run-time image configuration files.
Windows Embedded CE 6.0 features a completely redesigned kernel introducing a set of new significant features like two device drivers modes (Kernel-Mode and User-Mode), system APIs (Application Programming Interface) placed into kernel-mode DLLs (moved out of their own user-mode processes) or new memory architecture that removes previous limits (up to 32K processes at any one timed with 2 GB of Virtual Memory per process are possible).
Additionally OEM Adaptation Layer code (nk.exe) and the kernel operating system code (kernel.dll) are now separated and can communicate using only strictly defined interfaces.

MASTER II – ASSRs based system for hearing assessment

Auditory steady-state evoked responses (ASSRs) consist of an electrical waveform whose frequency components remain constant over time in amplitude and phase. They are produced when the stimuli are presented to an ear at a rapid enough rate to cause the brain response from one stimulus to overlap the response to the preceding stimulus. The potentials from these overlapping stimuli become the steady-state response (John, Lins, Boucher, and Picton, 1998). Not only pure tones but also the sinusoidal modulation of the amplitude or frequency of a continuous carrier frequency may also be used to evoke steady-state responses. This technique results in a response containing frequencies at the rate of stimulation/modulation and/or at harmonics of this rate (stimuli activate the cochlear region that corresponds to the carrier frequency, the ear and auditory pathways cause each tone to evoke a response at the modulation frequency).
